Christmas Decoration

It is already December 6th. Time flies. Next year is 2008 presidential election.
I have lived in the US for more than 7 years now.

I put our mini Christmas tree yesterday. 10 years ago, Christmas is more like
commercial event in Japan and department stores and shopping malls decorate
for Christmas, but not at home so much. We put Christmas tress, but we did not
decorate outside.

But last year I went back to Japan, I saw a few houses were decorated by lights
as we see in the States.

I saw on the Internet that even in China, a lot of department stores and shopping
malls are decorated by lots of lights and ornaments. And people buy Christmas
gifts.

I think for people in Japan and China, they still think that Christmas is just a
event, and exchanging gifts, decoration with lots of lights and feast. But
even so, Christmas brings a lot of joy and happiness to people's heart.
