A Couple with Big Age Difference

Recently there are quite a few couples with Big Age difference in Japan - in the past
men were more than 10 years older than woman, but in 21st century, women are actually
10 years or more older than men! I met a few of them and my cousin also married to
14 years younger British guy and they had a baby when my cousin was 42!

Women in late 30s and 40s envy them when they hear those stories - and all my friends
seem happy with younger guys because they take care of the kids, helping family chores,
young, so they are not easily tired. But I never heard from men's comments.

I still think for marriage, men and women should grow together, so age matters.
So I don't think it is not good idea for older men to marry younger women, but also
older women should tell the truth about their age. Since if the young men want
children, but she is already passed the fertility age, even though she is beautiful,
and they get married, young husband will be unhappy in the end. And older woman
want to keep him so she make every effort to be young - try to look like 35, even she
is 50.

Maybe if a couple feels happy, it does not matter! and those couple will exist
in the future, too. But I personally think media encourage older women to chase
young men or give them dream that they could get younger men. It is not really
true. People should age gracefully, and people should live as they are 20s, 3os,
40s, and 50s. I mean you don't have to feel old, but you can be young in heart,
but you have to remember that you ARE not 25 if your real age is 45. And you
will be miserable when you really feel it in your heart.
